Although our ancestors are not mentioned in the following meeting minutes, it is still interesting to read about what was going on in their neighorhood at the time they were living there. Elisha Roberts (my 4th great-grandpa) is enumerated next door -- in Green County, Kentucky -- in 1810, but was known to have lived in Barren County before that year. He also married Martha Gill in Green County in 1800.
Note :: Although it does appear that both our Roberts and our Henry families were living in the same neighborhood in Kentucky during the early 19th century, these two families don't actually connect by marriage until Elisha's great-granddaughter, Berta Mary Sharp (1873-1950) meets Belfield Henry's great-grandson, Edgar Henry (1872-1950), in Texas in the late 19th century, and they marry in 1895 in Houston County, Texas. Edgar and Berta are great-grandparents of the Keeper of this genealogy website.
